Dr Brett Stubbs is Research Fellow, School of History, Philosophy, Classics and Religion, The University of Queensland. Dr Stubbs is the leading historian of the Australian brewing industry with both a professional and personal interest in the history and evolution of brewing in Australia and has covered the industry since the early 1980s.
