Imagine being a beer lover – and the brother of the owner of one of the best beer pubs in the country – and then finding out that you can’t drink beer.

That was the predicament that Richard found himself in, but as they say – when life gives you lemons you make lemonade…or in his case he went and found some ancient grains and made beer that he could drink…and others would want to even if they had the choice of drinking beer with gluten or not.
