This release is a Tropical Salted Sour with flavours of mango, passionfruit, guava, lime and sea salt.

Vale Brewing’s Taphouse has released its first session beer, the Sunset Ale (1.75% abv). 

This release has a Munich and Gladfield Aurora malt base, and is brewed with Mosaic hops.

Urban Alley Brewery has announced multiple new releases. 

Low Carb Lager (4% abv) is an American Lite Lager that has light spices flavours as well as lemon oil and watermelon rind aromas.

The Quarter is a Hazy Pale Ale (5% abv) brewed with Sabro, Motueka and Mosaic hops.

Dainton Beer has released its Tropical Trooper Summer Daze NEIPA (6.5% abv), which is brewed with Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic and Citra hops

White Bay Beer Co. has released its Hop Chucker Strong Hazy Pale (5.6% abv), which is brewed with Mosaic, Idaho 7 and HBC 630 hops.

IronBark Brewing Co. is set to release its Tickled Pink XPA (5.2% abv) next week. 

This is brewed with the 2021 Pink Boots Society hop blend of Idaho Gem, HBC 630, Loral, Talus and Triumph. 

This will be available at IronBark’s venue and online from 25th January, with selected bottle shops from the 27th January.

Helios Brewing Co. has released its ‘Classic Series’ German Pilsner (4.5% abv) into cans. 

The brewery’s take on this style is a crisp, clean, bitter German Pilsner utilising all German malts and hops to keep things traditional, according to the brewer’s notes. 

This release is a limited one-off canning run which is available now.

White Bay Beer Co. has released its Familiar Ground Hazy IPA (7.5% abv), which is brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy hops.

Bright Brewery has re-released Yuzu Sweetart and DoggoBrau. 

Yuzu Sweetart Sour Ale (4.3% abv) is a kettle soured beer brewed with fresh yuzu from local yuzu farm, Eurobin’s Mountain Yuzu. 

Elsewhere, DoggoBrau (4.5% abv) is an official collaboration with RSPCA Victoria, with 10 per cent of sales going directly to the organisation to help rescue, rehome and rehabilitate dogs in need.

Stone & Wood Brewing has announced DiscoQueen (6% abv) as its next Counter Culture release.

DiscoQueen is a pink lemonade sour that has aromas of raspberry and lemon, according to the brewer’s notes.

This release is available in packs of two 500ml cans and cartons on Stone & Wood’s online store, in its Byron Bay and Brisbane breweries as well in venues and bottle shops across the country.

Moo Brew has released Anotherberry Sour (3.7% abv), a mid-strength sour which is brewed with raspberries and blackberries.
