With five venues now under the Ballistic banner, Lauren discusses the challenges of a multi-venue model and growing a business in a pandemic.

At the end of 2021, she was also appointed as a board director at the Independent Brewers Association, so we discuss her career, her new role at the IBA and what she hopes to achieve, as well as the challenges of diversity and inclusion as the industry professionalises.
