Garage Project is a fascinating brewery, one that has always been at the forefront of industry innovation and experimentation, while also being one of the more professional and quality-driven operations. This year the brewery celebrated 10 years in business taking out the recent Champion Large Brewery trophy at last week’s Brewers Guild of New Zealand’s Beer Awards.
