This week we chat with Peter Meddings who is stepping back from his job at Bintani – a company that he founded 25 years ago to supply brewing ingredients to the nascent craft brewing industry.

We learn some fun facts from the early days of brewing such as when home brewing was legalised in the early 70s, home brewers sourced their malt extracts from chemists. We also unearth some of the challenges and learnings that came with founding a business in the early days of the craft beer movement.
