Stéphane Meulemans - Fermentis
On the podcast this week we speak with General Manager of Fermentis, Stéphane Meulemans. Before working in yeast Stéphane had 15 years working in the hops industry, as well as opening a Belgian craft brewery.
In this chat, we find out where yeast is headed as a feature flavour. The rise of sour beers, ultra low alcohol beers and hazy beers have all had a big impact on this sometimes under-appreciated ingredient.
