The Mill Brewery has announced the release of a Barrel Aged Helles Lager (6.1% abv). 

The brewers re-fermented their French oak aged Helles on raspberries in ex-chardonnay barrels that had been freshly emptied of a mixed fermentation Saison. 

This lager, which is part of its “Neighbourwood Beers” collaboration with Molly Rose, will be available online and for wholesale purchase from August 1st.
