Mountain Culture Beer Co has announced the release of “Carpe Noctem” (7.0% abv).

This oat cream IPA is Mountain Culture’s first collaboration with Japan-based VERTERE Brewery. It features notes of citrus, pineapple and melon and is brewed with Lórien hops.
