Felons Brewing Co has unveiled its latest limited release called the Dragonfruit IPA (6.0% abv).
Only 3000 cans of this tropical-flavoured Dragonfruit IPA have been produced. It is brewed with Idaho 7, Talus and Amarillo hops and 300 kilograms of fresh pink dragonfruit from North Byron Farm.

Brewed at Hope Nation’s Mornington site, this beer is made using Pilsner malt, oats and wheat and is kettle soured. The beer then undergoes a four-month secondary fermentation process at the Footscray site before raspberries, blackberries and bananas are added.
