This Boysenberry and Blueberry Sour was brewed with 60 kg of boysenberries and 30 kg of blueberries at the brewery’s Collingwood site.

This Russian Imperial Stout was brewed with complex layers of toasted and roasted malts, giving it notes of ash, mocha, dates and burnt caramel.

Helios Brewing Company has announced the re-release of “Medusa 2023” (7.6% abv).
This Black IPA features citrus, mango, blueberry and pineapple flavours thanks to the double dry hop additions of Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Columbus.
Left Coast IPA | Shelter Brewing
Shelter Brewing has announced the release of “Left Coast IPA” (5.7% abv).
This limited release beer has a strong pineapple flavour with undertones of passionfruit, guava and pine thanks to Galaxy, Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin hops and Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, Wheat and Carapils malts.
It is available from 11 August. Shelter will hold a Left Coast IPA First Pour event to mark the release.

Hop Nation Brewing Co. has announced the release of “All G” (8.0% abv).
This Double IPA combines Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic with Garston Hops from New Zealand. It features mango, apricot, pineapple, passionfruit and citrus notes.

Dad and Dave’s Brewing has announced the release of “Red IPA” (6.8% abv).
This beer is made with Red X malt, giving it a rich caramel colour and flavour. Thanks to Chinook, Simcoe and Eclipse hops, this release features citrus and pine aromas.

IronBark Hill Brewing Co. has announced the release of “Dashville Exclusive” (3.5% abv).
This Crawl Summer Ale features tropical pineapple and passionfruit flavours.
It is available from August 9 exclusively at Dashville, Hunter Valley, for its upcoming concert series.

Featuring floral, citrus and melon aromas, this experimental beer is brewed with Cascade hops from Yakima Chief Hops in the United States.

Hawkers Beer has announced the release of “Trio of Dips – United Kingdom” (6.5% abv).
Made with Cascade hops from the UK’s Charles Faram Farms, this experimental West Coast IPA features floral, grapefruit and orange aromas.
Phantasmic Mr. Hops | Young Henrys
Young Henrys has announced the release of “Phantasmic Mr. Hops” (7.0% abv).
This experimental beer was dry hopped with Simcoe Cryo and two experimental varieties from Yakima Valley: HBC 1019 and HBC 586. New brewing ingredient ‘Phantasm’ was used alongside yeast to activate the beer’s fruity flavours.
