Clare Clouting - Athena Quality

This week we don’t just learn about beer, we learn about potato crisps as we meet brewing quality consultant Clare Clouting.
Until recently Clare was with Good Drinks Australia where she had worked as Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Systems Manager. Recently she founded Athena Business Solutions with the aim of assisting food and beverage businesses produce safe, high quality and compliant products through education and easy to use tools, food safety coaching and consulting.
We begin by learning a bit about Clare and had she came to work in quality, coming to beer via Frito Lay, which is where the potato crisps come in, including what is the lager of chips.
