It is a superb and versatile food beer. Pair it with a variety of soft farmhouse cheeses, it surprises with a strong blue. Steam mussels in it, match it to a charcuterie board or pair it with smoked trout.

The brewer’s notes highlight the beer’s unique qualities; light straw in colour, with a tight bright white head, aromas which are dominated by esters and phenolic characters, owing to the Saison yeast strain, which also gives the beer its characteristic tart, dry and acidic profile.
