Mountain Culture Beer Co has announced the release of “Entropy” (12.1% abv).

This bourbon barrel-aged oyster stout was brewed in collaboration with Stella Maris and Tasmanian Oyster Co. It tastes of chocolate, coffee and raisins with notes of toffee and bourbon.
