This week we catch up with Owen ‘OJ’ Johnston from Hop Products Australia and also with David Golding from Red Hill Brewery.

Owen talks us through the Australian and international hop trends to be seen following the release of the annual Barth Report. The report has been published annually, with few exceptions, since 1877 and provides a fascinating insight into the annual hop production and trends, especially the changes craft brewing is causing in Australia.
