To celebrate the release of this year’s special Hop Harvest ales from Victorian craft breweries, Josie Bones is holding a special dinner event on Wednesday 2nd May to pair fine food with these seasonal brews.

“We’re featuring the best of Victoria’s Fresh Hop brews from some of our favourite local breweries paired with the delicious dishes they’ve inspired. There will be guest brewers, great beers and hops out the wahzoo,” noted the Josie Bones team.

Featured beers will include Bright Brewery’s “Harvest 150 Ale” with Victoria’s Secret hops, the “Hop Harves”t English Bitter from Red Hill Brewery and “The Harvest” by Bridge Road Brewers who have used an experimental hop from the nearby Rostrevor Hop Garden. “The Dark Harvest” collaborative wet hop brew from Bridge Road Brewers and Mikkeller, which was launch at Josie Bones last week, will also make an appearance.

Tickets are $85 and bookings are essential.
