The Mill Brewery has announced the release of an Oak Aged Helles Lager (5.4% abv) as part of its “Neighbourwood Beers” collaboration with Molly Rose.  

A traditional Helles Lager recipe was aged on French oak staves for three months to make this brew, which features notes of vanilla, spice and coffee and a tannin-like bitterness.
