Voting now open for GABS Hottest 100 for 2020
Voting is now open for the GABS Hottest 100 Craft Beers for 2020 to find Australia’s most popular craft beers of the year.
Beer fans across the country have until 15th January 2021 to make their voices heard and vote for the favourite beers of 2020, which saw an influx of new beers brewed during the COVID-19 shutdowns.
Every voter also has the opportunity to win tickets for them and 10 friends to the GABS Craft Beer & Cider Festival in 2021.
Last year, Stone & Wood’s Pacific Ale reclaimed the top spot from Balter. Despite the latter’s acquisition by Carlton & United Breweries, it managed to retain second place and place eight beers in the top 100.
A record 35,500 votes were received and 177,500 individual beer votes for more than 2,500 Aussie beers were made last year.
Radio Brews News will be live on Australia Day weekend 2021 to report on the results as they come in.
Voting for the Aussie poll opens (today) Wednesday 9th December 2020, whilst the New Zealand GABS poll will open on Wednesday 16th December 2020.
