The damage at Ellerslie Hop Estate

At 5:00 am on Friday the 6th April we suffered a catastrophic fire. The most important thing is that nobody was injured.

Whilst the cause of the fire in currently unknown, we can confirm that it has destroyed our major processing equipment and sheds as well as the majority of our 2018 crop. We will be in touch with customers this will affect over the following week.

We are grateful to all our friends and colleagues both within Australia and Internationally who have reached out to offer their support. Your offers of assistance and words of encouragement have confirmed that we work in the best industry in the world.

Today is day one of our rebuild. We have a long road ahead of us but from the ashes we will grow.
