4 Pines Brewing and ArchiveBeer Boutique invite you to a special four course dinner that will showcase the latest Beer Mimics FoodKeller Door series releases, on Sunday 14th July.

Enjoy beer food prepared by Archive’s Head Chef Tim Wrigley matched to four food inspired beers from 4 Pines.

The Archive beer food:

1. Panko prawns, egg mayonnaise, seared tuna sashimi, ponzu, cucumber, egg roll, shitake mushroom, shallot
2. Roast rack of pork, celeriac, pear puree, black currant jus
3. Rhubarb tart, spiced vanilla custard, shaved chocolate
4. ‘Cheese & Relish’ – a selection of cheese, in house relishes, warm baguette

The 4 Pines food beer:

1. Apple-Blackcurrent Cruble Amber Ale
2. Yuzu Bento Box Lager
3. Time Cherry Pie Lager
4. McConnell’s Signature Relish Ale

The dinner will be hosted by 4 Pines owner Jaron Mitchell.
