4 Pines bolsters core range
An American Amber Ale has become the seventh beer in 4 Pines Brewing’s permanent product range.
The new addition began life in 2013 as a one-off Keller Door release at 4 Pines’ Manly brewpub, then known as Autumn Amber Ale.
It subsequently became 4 Pines’ first bottled Keller Door small batch beer in 2014, under the new guise of Amber Mosaic.
Its name was changed a third time to American Amber Ale, after which it picked up Champion Amber Ale at the 2015 Craft Beer Awards.
“Ruby in colour with rich copper hues, the American Amber Ale’s hop-driven aromas of currant and pear are rounded on the palate with toasted malt character, light fruitiness and a balanced bitter finish,” 4 Pines says.
American Amber Ale is available now in keg. The 330ml bottle release will be available early June from leading pubs and bottleshops around the country.
