Brew and Chew – Adelaide's Newest Pop Up Bar
With the craft beer industry continuing to grow in the South Australian market, Adelaide’s latest pop up bar is about to open shop in the inner-city.
Open daily from 12pm until late, and located in the heart of Adelaide’s buzzing West End on Hindley Street, Brew and Chew carries locally sourced and imported craft beer and cider with bites to match.
Antony Tropeano – Owner of Brew and Chew, believes the diversity of the pop up bar’s offerings brings something different to the Adelaide scene.
“Our unique menu is designed to compliment the brews on offer,” says Tropeano.
“We have pulled some inspiration from the success of our Southern American food inspired menu at The Curious Squire.”
Menu items include pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese sundaes, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks.
“We really want Brew and Chew to establish itself as a popular nightspot for Friday night knockoffs and weekend antics,” says Aiden Raper – Brew and Chew Venue Manager.
The brews on offer will satisfy beer drinkers’ love of craft brews. On tap, Brew and Chew have Tropeano’s own craft beer – Malt Fiction ‘13’ Pale, as well as Thunder Road Brewery’s Brunswick Bitter. From the fridge, locally and imported craft beer and cider have been selected with a strong focus on sourcing locally from South Australia in particular.
Set to open this Friday, 10th April, Brew and Chew will be spicing up the culture and vibe on Hindley Street.
