Celebrate True South's 2nd Birthday
True South, the young microbrewery and restaurant in Melbourne’s beachside Black Rock, is about to celebrate its 2nd birthday and everyone is invited to the party.
Over their first two years of operation, True South has rapidly grown a reputation as one of the best watering holes alongside Melbourne’s beaches. The recent shift towards a Modern Argentinean menu from the hands of chef Mauro Callegari has also gained praise from locals and food critics.
The night will involve music, finger food (including oysters, cured meats and cheese), entertainment and, of course, beer. It’s all happening upstairs on the deck (“Mawson’s Landing”) overlooking Port Phillip Bay.
The party will also launch the latest True South single batch brew, the “Clock Tower IPA”. This new IPA is the first True South beer from Assistant Brewer, Brian.
Date and Time: Wednesday, 7th December 2011, from 7.00pm
Venue: 298 Beach Road, Black Rock VIC 3193
Cost: $30 per person
To book: call 1300 878360, emailbookings@truesouth.com.au or visit the True South website.
