Hop Nation and One Drop have announced the release of the Funkin’ Fresh Berry Banana Mixed Culture Smoothie Sour (6.6% abv).

Brewed at Hope Nation’s Mornington site, this beer is made using Pilsner malt, oats and wheat and is kettle soured. The beer then undergoes a four-month secondary fermentation process at the Footscray site before raspberries, blackberries and bananas are added.
