Philter Brewing Lager

Philter Lager launched into locals and is already a hit with lager drinkers across the state. The third offering from the young Sydney brand, the new brew is a crisp, easy drinking shout-out to the time-honoured Aussie lagers of the 80s. Made for Summer with Australian barley and hops, it’s set to be a sunny session favourite.

The new beer was crafted by Head Brewer Sam Füss for lager lovers everywhere. It’s a clean, refreshing go-to – a BBQ, backyard cricket, barefoot bowls, beach camping, balcony beer. ‘This one’s a crowd pleaser, it has a classic aussie lager backbone brought into the new world with a slight hop aroma’ says Sam.

Like the rest of Philter’s branding, the blue and gold Lager can is a nod to the aesthetic of 1980’s Australia. Think dunlop volleys, stubby shorts, terry toweling hats and Paul Hogan. It’s a winner, grab your mates one.
