The Australian Brewery sells in a $50-million deal
The Australian Hotel and Brewery has become the latest craft brewery to sell to the Redcape Hotel Group.
Redcape purchased the Australian Hotel and Brewery in Rouse Hill for a reported $50 million. The deal includes the Australian Brewery brand.
Founder and CEO of the Australian Brewery Marcello Colosimo says his family is very proud of the Australian Hotel and Brewery.

The Redcape Hotel Group Pty Ltd was acquired by financial services group Moelis Australia for $677 million in July last year, and is one of Australia’s largest pub and hotel operators. Redcape now has a hotel portfolio approaching $1 billion.
