Square Keg announces New Belgium showcase events
Square Keg, the national distributor of New Belgium beers is excited to announce it will be doing a limited number of showcase events with some very rare New Belgium varieties and the first ever New Belgium kegs to hit Australian shores.
Lionel Branch, Square Keg’s Sydney based Salesman and New Belgium Project Leader said, “Having these beers on tap is a real honour for us, we are very excited to be able to share super fresh New Belgium tap beer with our drinkers at a handful of great beer partner’s bars. The New Belgium Brewers have gone out of their way to get us super fresh kegs and some very rare varieties that may not ever be seen in Australia again. In addition to these stunning tap beers there will also be some of our staple range available in cans; Voodoo Ranger IPA, Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA and possibly even a few bottles of some mystery Limited Edition barrel aged varities.”
The beers being featured will range from;
- Wood Cellar reserve sours
- Specialty aged Ales
- Fresh IPA’s
- All new beers NEVER released outside of the US!
Host Venues;
- MELBOURNE – Carwyn Cellars, Thornbury, 2nd March
- SYDNEY – Dove and Olive Hotel, Surry Hills, 7th March
- BRISBANE – Brewski, Paddington, 10 – 18th March to coincide with being the US Pint of origin venue for Brewsvegas 2018
Some of the beers may vary from venue to venue so get in touch directly with the venues if you want a specific list of what’s going to be available. Each event will also have some prizes of branded merchandise available for drinkers of these fine and rare beers to win.
