Stone & Wood forages up a seasonal

Stone&Wood_500mLTheForager_HiRes[5]A Belgian-style witbier will be the first release inStone & Wood’s new summer seasonal series dubbed ‘The Forager’.

The Forager will have a different recipe each year, comprising herbs and spices sourced from theNorthern Rivers region where the brewer is based.

The 2016 release is a Belgian-style witbier that’s been brewed withcoriander and bitter orange.

“Expect wild fruitiness, mild tartness and subtle spice that finishes dryand crisp, to cool you down and refresh your palate,” Stone & Wood said.

The beer will shortly begin rolling out on tap and in bottles, with an official launch event at the brewery on January 23.
