Two Birds Brewing are spreading their wings and flying north to partner with Brisbane’s biggest rainbow festival: Big Gay Day, this Sunday, 1 May.
A celebration of the River City’s colourful LGBTQIA+ community, Two Birds are excited to be slinging cold cans of their beautiful brews at the sold-out event held in Fortitude Valley.
Available from their very own Birdcage in Outerspace Bar outside and inside the fridges at The Wickham Hotel, Two Birds Beers will be going down a treat while superstar performances from Courtney Act, Vanessa Amorosi, Faker and more, light up the Valley.
Partnering with Big Gay Day for their 22nd year is a thrilling feather in the cap for Two Birds’ commitment to community and driving awareness for diversity.
Danielle Allen of Two Birds comments, “We could not be more excited to be partnering with The Wickham and Big Gay Day on this event, the timing feels so right for us all to be reuniting and celebrating in style.
The opportunity to be involved in an event that has been leading the way to support diversity is really humbling for us. It’s also been such a fun project to work on and take Two Birds into another dimension…into space!”
Jayne Lewis, Two Birds co-founder says “My wings will be sparkled up and I can’t wait to be in Brisbane and feel the energy. It’s super exciting to see the event sell out, and we hope the crowd are thirsty!
We really work hard to ensure we are inclusive in everything we do and look forward to sharing a beer or two with the lovely people of Bris-Vegas”.
The team from Two Birds will be serving up ice cold cans of Sunset, Pale and Summer Ale – flock over to see
