Brewed last year, 10 Years Strong was aged inrum and port casks and gracefully blended to give a deep, rich level of complexity. The beer connoisseurs have poured their hearts into making this brew one to remember, with a perfect balance of bitterness and body, its ruby red finish certainly packs a punch at 8%. Aiming to secure the hearts of beer enthusiasts from across the nation, 10 Years Strong represents all the greatness that has made Young Henrys what it is today.
A brand synonymous with serving the people, Young Henrys has announced that this celebratory beerwill be given away to customers whenever they buy any two 6 or 4 packs of their regular YH favouritesas a special thank you tothose who’ve supported them throughout 10 special years.
Young Henrys is proud to remain an independent brewery that has achieved a number of key milestones throughout the decade. Born in 2012, and gave birth toNatural Lager, their oldest beer, and also brewing the very firstNewtownerlater that year, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of their neighbourhood. In 2014, they opened their doors to their very own distiller, where the award winningNoble Cut Ginwas born, snagging a gold at the2020 San Francisco Spirit Awards. Over the years, they have been able to grow their family to a team of 70which allowed them to expand their reach nationallyto securely place themselves as one of the leading beer companies on the Australian map.
Outside of the beer world, sustainability has been a core value in the Young Henrys ethos. Doing their part to keep the earth green, Young Henrys has partnered withUTSto launchThe Algae Project. A sustainability initiative aimed to reduce carbon emissions in the brewing process, the groundbreaking project has caught the attention from all over the world. The Newtown locals also had two solar farms installed above their brewery allowing for 100% of power generated through renewable energy.
