Cluster 8, one of the most sought after limited release beers in Australia is making its triumphant return nationally, just in time for IPA Day. A long time BentSpoke BrewPub favourite, Cluster 8 first made its appearance in cans in 2018. With each subsequent release, the demand has grown stronger as a limited number of stockists secures an allocation. The 8.8% Imperial IPA is one of BentSpoke’s highest geared beers, and part of the ‘Drifter’ series; a peloton that drifts in and out of availability.
Featuring tropical and citrus hop aromas, Cluster 8 is a big and bold Imperial IPA packed full of a serious combination of hops including: Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra balanced with a solid and clean malty palate.
“This is a release we as brewers always look forward to putting into cans. Hops are central to everything we brew and C8 allows the brew team the ultimate expression of hops. As always Cluster 8 is big, hoppy yet well balanced and of course, best enjoyed fresh!” Richard Watkins – Co- founder and Head Brewer
Cluster 8 is the perfect beer to pair with BBQ brisket or Mexican chilli. The depth of the hop character and malt flavours works well with the contrasting and complementing rich and bold food flavours.
Cluster 8 will be available at the BentSpoke Brewpub in Braddon, and nationally through BentSpoke’s network of retail partners starting the 2nd of August. Check online at bentspokebrewing.com.au for updated stockists including great Independent outlets around the country as well as Dan Murphy’s, BWS, Liquorland, First Choice stores.
